She has executed searches for executive and non-executive board members and executive committee level for FTSE 100 and 250, private equity backed and privately owned firms. With a sector focus predominantly on manufacturing, retail, consumer and leisure Katie has a functional focus on Group Finance Directors, CEOs and NED’s. Katie also has have extensive research excellence experience; improving search processes, implementing search methodology and standards and executive search best practise. Katie has worked with some of the leading European search firms.
